Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time does not include carrier transit time.
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, special campaigns), processing may take longer. If that happens, we’ll keep you updated.
Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and the selected carrier service.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and can vary.
Order Issues
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you don't see your package, check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier office first.
